Carolina Rodríguez Hernández

Carolina Rodríguez Hernández is Mexican born, Costa Rican and an expert in strategic thinking, sustainability, and business leadership. She’s responsible for digital learning skills, and has a keen interest in using technology to create impactful educational opportunities, democratize learning, and promote change. She’s our Digital Marketing Manager in charge of making sure that all the plates are spinning at all times in the marketing department. ICDS motivates her to pay attention to the news in order to understand the developments of generation z and observe how trends are evolving. She believes that attitude is a small thing that makes a huge difference, therefore even on the hardest of days, she keeps a smile on her face.
